1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cannabis Realm NY website and your purchases from our licensed dispensaries. By using this site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility — 21 and Older

You must be at least 21 years old with valid government-issued photo identification to use this website, place an order, or enter our dispensaries. ID is checked at pickup and at every delivery handoff, without exception.

3. Licensing

4. Products, Pricing and Availability

All products are sourced from licensed New York processors and are lab-tested as required by New York State. Product availability, pricing and promotions may change without notice and may differ by location. Images are illustrative. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities consistent with OCM purchase limits.

5. Orders, Payment, Delivery and Pickup

Orders are placed through our licensed online menu and fulfilled by the dispensary serving your area. Payment options are shown at checkout and in-store. Delivery is available in eligible New York service areas; free delivery applies to qualifying orders of $99 or more. A person aged 21 or older matching the order name must present valid ID to receive a delivery; otherwise the order will be returned and may be subject to a fee or cancellation.

6. Purchase Limits and Compliance

Purchases are subject to New York adult-use possession and purchase limits. Products may not be resold or transferred to any person under 21. It is illegal to transport cannabis across state lines. Do not drive or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis.
